Specialist I.T. and high-tech marketing consultancy Anderson Baillie have been appointed by J.D. Edwards to launch their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme in the UK territory.
J.D. Edwards, a leading provider of agile, collaborative solutions for the connected economy, are now competing globally in the CRM market, after the acquisition of software company Youcentric. The international software provider can now provide one of the broadest suites of customer facing applications within the industry.
Anderson Baillie will help launch the new product through a strategic marketing solutions campaign, educating the market on the added value of J.D. Edwards’ CRM systems.
Philippa White, senior account manager at Anderson Baillie will be heading up the account. Commenting on the launch, Philippa said: “J.D. Edwards have twenty five years of experience and knowledge as an ERP vendor but will have to approach the CRM launch as a new product vendor.”
"They already have a great brand presence within the ERP and e-commerce market but are not yet perceived as a CRM vendor. We aim to make existing and prospective J.D. Edwards customers aware of the benefits of our CRM solution," adds Philippa.
