J.D. Edwards Showcase State of the Art Corporate Exhibition Stand
Monday 01 April 2002
Cheshire, UK

Specialist I.T. and high-tech marketing consultancy Anderson Baillie, in collaboration with in house design consultancy Anderson Baillie Design, has designed a modular exhibition stand for software giant J.D. Edwards.

The stand houses interactive sessions with user demo stations giving J.D. Edwards the ability to showcase new software. Features include a hospitality area, special lighting effects, and an area to incorporate a plasma screen and four demo stations.

Philippa White, account director at Anderson Baillie, explained why designing the stand to be modular has proved so successful:

"The brief was very clear – the stand design had to be able to deliver a modular solution. The ability to fit into both small and larger stand size spaces as well as the need to convey the corporate brand effectively were also pre-requisites. With the new design now in place the stand provides J.D. Edwards with the ability to have a cost effective exhibition solution," said Philippa.

"Not all J.D. Edwards’ business partners can afford the extensive costs of building a large stand, with the option to use a custom built package this has proved to be an extremely cost effective solution for everybody," she adds.

Anderson Baillie incorporated a modern and technology oriented design to deliver the message that J.D. Edwards is at the forefront of the e-commerce era. A tubular steel frame provides the stand with a clean modern design finish and co-ordinates well with the J.D. Edwards brand.

Kathryn Howarth, UK marketing manager at J.D. Edwards is overwhelmed with the attention the stand is receiving:

"The balance between the dramatic aesthetic look of the stand and the interactive facilities available, perfectly delivers the key message that J.D. Edwards is a leader in providing business software solutions. Visitors are attracted to the stand as a place where they can relax in comfort, whilst browsing through our latest software at the user stations provided."

In April the stand went through its trial outing at a J.D. Edwards’ User Conference receiving an upbeat review from all attendees.
